Refund & Return Policy
1. Original Artworks
All sales of original paintings are final.

We provide high-resolution images, detailed dimensions, and texture close-ups on our product pages so you can view the piece accurately before purchase.

If you require additional photos or video clips of a painting under different lighting conditions before finalizing your acquisition, please contact the studio at info@naoart.com and we will be happy to assist you.
2. Fine Art Prints & Custom Commissions
Because each fine art print is individually made-to-order and custom commissions are tailored to specific clients, these items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
3. Damages During Transit
We take extraordinary care in packaging original canvases and prints (using heavy-duty crating, custom boxes, and archival sleeves). However, if your order arrives damaged, we will resolve it immediately.

What to do: Inspect your package upon arrival. If the outer packaging is visibly crushed, torn, or damaged, take photos of the box before opening it.

Timeframe: You must email us at info@naoart.com within 48 hours of delivery.

What to include: Please include your order number, clear photos of the damaged outer packaging, and clear photos of the damaged artwork inside.

The Resolution: For damaged prints, we will arrange a priority replacement print at no extra cost to you. For damaged original paintings, we will coordinate a secure return and process a full refund or studio credit once the piece is safely returned to the studio for inspection.
4. Lost Shipments
An order is only considered "lost" once it has exceeded the maximum customs carrier delivery window (typically [30] business days for international shipments) and the tracking status has completely stalled. If your order is officially deemed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement (for prints) or a full refund (for original artworks).
