Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

1. Processing & Fulfillment Times

Original Paintings: Please allow [3–5] business days for us to securely wrap, crate, and prepare your original artwork for transit.
Fine Art Prints: All prints are made-to-order to ensure archival quality. Please allow [5–7] business days for printing and packaging before dispatch.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship domestic orders within Canada via [Canada Post / FedEx] and international orders via [USPS / DHL]. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and size.

Domestic (Canada): [3–7] business days once shipped.
United States: [5–10] business days once shipped.
International: [10–20] business days depending on local customs processing.

3. Tracking & Delivery

Original Art: All original canvases are shipped exclusively via Tracked and Insured services. A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure your artwork arrives safely in your hands.
Prints: Standard shipping for small prints may be untracked unless a tracked option is selected at checkout. Once your package is scanned by the carrier, a tracking link will be emailed to you instantly.

4. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders (including shipments from Canada to the US) may be subject to local customs duties, brokerage fees, import taxes, or VAT upon arrival. These charges are determined entirely by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. NaoArt cannot predict or control these fees.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Artwork is packaged with safe arrival as our top priority, utilizing heavy-duty tubes, rigid flats, or custom boxes.

If your packaging arrives visibly crushed or damaged, please take photos before opening it.
Contact us within 48 hours at info@naoart.com with your order number and photos of both the outer packaging and the damaged artwork so we can immediately open an insurance claim and arrange a replacement or solution.
